30th Annual National Homoeopathic Conference

PHD Chamber in collaboration with South Delhi Homoeopathic Association (SDHA) organized 30th Annual National Homoeopathic Conference Kent Memorial Lectures 2022 at PHD House, New Delhi on 18th September 2022.

The conference was graced with the presence of Chief Guest Dr. Anil Khurana, Chairman, National Commission of Homoeopathy, Ministry of AYUSH, Govt. of India and Guest of Honour  Dr. Nandini Sharma, Municipal Councillor, Malviya Nagar, Delhi.

The conference was joined by Mr. Pradeep Multani, President, PHDCCI & Chairman, Multani Pharmaceuticals Limited, Dr. S.P.S Bakshi, Co-Chair, AYUSH Committee PHD Chamber & CMD Bakson Group, Dr. S. K. Mehta, President, South Delhi Homoeopathic Association, Dr. R.N. Wahi, Chairman Organizing Committee, South Delhi Homoeopathic Association, Shri Adesh Sharma, CMD, Adven Biotech, Dr. Shailja, Vice President, South Delhi Homoeopathic Association.

While welcoming the guests Mr. Pradeep Multani stated that Homeopathic treatment is an effective method of healing in both acute and chronic conditions, as claimed by millions of patients and thousands of homeopathic doctors. It may even offer long lasting to permanent cure, treating the disease from its roots, for most of the ailments.

Dr. Anil Khurana said that Homeopathic medicines are aimed at improving the level of health by stimulating the self-regulatory mechanism. Improving the level of health implies reducing any disease process as well as the susceptibility to illness and disease. That means that it is not limited to certain diseases but is universally applicable to all kinds of diseases.

Dr. Nandini Sharma mentioned that Homeopathic medicines are much less expensive than conventional prescription drugs, because they are generic, non-patented and non-patentable medicinal substances, produced at low costs. Homeopathy looks beyond the labels of disease to cure their causes rather than merely their symptoms and it stimulates the body’s own natural healing powers to bring health, vitality and well-being. 

                                                    

Dr. S.P.S. Bakshi mentioned that Homoeopathy should be considered as first line of treatment in various diseases. In many cases of chronic disease homeopathic treatment can achieve results which would be considered impossible with conventional treatment.  

Dr. S. K. Mehta, President, South Delhi Homoeopathic said that Homeopathy is a medical system based on the belief that the body can cure itself. 

Dr. R.N. Wahi highlighted that Homeopathic medicines are aimed at improving the level of health by stimulating the self-regulatory mechanism. Improving the level of health implies reducing any disease process as well as the susceptibility to illness and disease.

Shri Adesh Sharma shared a brief presentation and highlighted the amount of research and development work done by Adven Biotech in the field of Homeopathy. He further talked about new initiatives been implemented by his company in the recent years.

Dr. Shailja gave a formal vote of thanks to the Chief Guest and Guest of Honour for sparing their valuable time for joining today’s conference. She further thanked all eminent speakers and delegates from the Homeopathy fraternity.

There were also multiple case studies been shared by various Homeopathic Physician about their Paediatric journey with Homoeopathy.
