Over 95 participants including staff, patients, and students enthusiastically attended the event. The program featured comprehensive yoga sessions and demonstrations led by Mrs. Sudhir Kumar and Ms. Ritu Tyagi.

The highlight of the celebration was a captivating yoga dance performance presented by staff and patients, symbolizing unity and harmony through yoga. The event concluded with a prize distribution ceremony to honour the winners of the quiz competition, recognizing their knowledge and enthusiasm for yoga.

The event highlighted that by embracing yoga, individuals not only enhance their well-being but also contribute positively to the collective consciousness, fostering a more empathetic and harmonious world. Thus, yoga serves as a powerful tool for both personal evolution and societal cohesion, bridging the gap between self-discovery and global interconnectedness.
